Waterfront & Outdoor Pool The Fort Langley waterfront from Glover Road to Marina Park, including the Haldi House, is owned by the Township of Langley, yet has been left to languish for over 10 years. Enough. We need a real plan.

Commercial Parking Requirements In 2021, The Township of Langley increased commercial parking requirements in Fort Langley with little recognition of the negative impacts for walkability and smaller lot redevelopment. A better balance needs to be found. Coming soon!

INFRASTRUCTURE

North Langley Truck Route For more than 20 years, Fort Langley residents and businesses have been trying to relocate the truck route that goes through the heart of the village to an alternative route. This has been approved by Translink. It's time to fund and finish this. Coming soon!

PLANNING

Streetscape Plan Fort Langley's streetscape plan is over 20 years old, obsolete. Without a community process to update it, it's also being ignored by the Engineering Department. This is causing arbitrary, inferior outcomes and lost opporunities. It needs to be updated. Coming soon!
