to preserve our 75 year-old walnut tree we wanted to propose an amazing destination designed around it. so we did.

KEY FACTS TO KNOW

The proposal is well below the permitted site coverage as well, with access from Glover Road the only option.

There isn't enough street frontage to provide for the required vehicla access, locate a building and preserve the walnut tree. To preserve the tree, the building must be located where it is.

CURRENT STATUS

Glover Road North was approved as submitted to Council on April 26th, 2021.

There is currently no known timeline for construction to begin. Preparation of a Building Permit application is underway.
